Rossum products have optimized the work management for over 20 years, especially in companies utilizing both own personnel and partnered labour in the field work.

Lack of control over the subcontractor systems and subcontracted labour, makes installation work management and other processes complicated. Work is being done based on printouts or tools not connected to each other. Additional work remains uncharged due to lacking processes. And yet there is a need for cost savings, profit responsibility bringing stress for operative management.

One challenge is managing various fault corrections and other urgent tasks so that they become handled on time. Brand visibility to end customer is easily lost in the subcontracting chain e,g, if the field work is done by external labour.
