The portal combines the management of access rights, onboarding, qualifications, and application permissions into one entity – automatically, securely, and in a controlled manner. Qualifications and course completions

The centralized management of courses and qualifications is one of the key features of the Rossum Security Portal. Automatic reminders and the automated maintenance of qualification requirements for access rights eliminate manual work and errors, ensuring qualifications are up-to-date and efficiently managed.

Security clearances

The security clearance functionality automatically integrates personnel security clearances with access right authorization, significantly reducing manual work and the potential for errors. This approach improves data management, streamlines processes, and strengthens the organization’s security culture.

Tax number and Valtti card checks

The Security Portal offers a centralized solution where tax numbers are automatically checked from the Tax Administration’s tax number register and Valtti Cards from Vastuu Group as part of the access rights authorization. This improves efficiency and legality, simplifies data management, and prevents individuals whose legally required matters are not in order from accessing construction sites.

Ordering application permissions

The Security Portal simplifies the management of AD (Active Directory) accounts for service providers’ personnel. When the privacy statement, data security commitment, security clearance, and other requirements are handled in one system, accounts are automatically created for an agreed-upon duration. Extending or terminating the validity can be done effortlessly as part of the authorization process.

Integrations

Thanks to integrations, the Security Portal makes managing personal data and access rights easy and efficient through a centralized system.
