Work orders are automatically formed from the orders, which the work management schedules and transmits to the technicians and subcontractors.

Rossum Works’ standard reports include payroll and invoicing reports, which compile daily data on working hours, materials, and expenses at the personnel and worksite level.
Maintenance covers interfaces for managing users, work types, work phases, and materials, among others. Additionally, there may be separate views tailored to customer-specific needs.
The standard service includes one main organization. The organization can be expanded based on, for example, office locations or business units.

Sales visits are created directly in the salespeople’s calendars. The salesperson receives a notification, agrees on a time with the customer, and records the visits in the system.
Rossum Works offers both a simple quotation calculation with materials and a more extensive option based on productization.
Customer-specific metrics, such as “TOP 3 Salespeople,” can be added to Works. The metrics illustrate the system’s data according to your company’s needs.
Easily manage property information, small jobs, seasonal work, meter readings, key safes, and maintenance logs with a mobile device.
The bundling function allows you to streamline work control by combining repetitive jobs performed at the same location and time into a single entity.

The electronic logbook allows employees to easily record trips. Works produces a travel report approved by the tax authority.
The positioning records the start and end locations of the work, which are visible in the approval view and open in Google Maps.
After the work is completed, the client can sign the installation report on a mobile device. The signed PDF report is sent to the client via email.
Works collects employee data for worksites, covering both own technicians and contractors, and sends it electronically to the Tax Administration via the ApitamoPKI interface.
Complaints can be created directly by the technician. The handler sees them in the work queue with a color code, and the customer receives automatic notifications about the processing progress.
With the quotation calculation add-on, you can send material orders directly to the material suppliers’ email. Works compiles material orders by supplier.
An extra function available for Rossum Works is a mobile-use tool for filling out electronic forms. The forms are created on a customer-specific basis according to need.
Rossum Works includes Web Service interfaces to several financial management software systems, such as Visma Netvisor, Talenom, Fennoa, and Procountor. Also ask about other interfaces!
Works has a Drive interface that creates a customer folder upon job creation. Folder permissions are shared with the technicians upon job assignment, and images attached to the job are automatically updated to Drive.
Email notifications about job status changes can be sent to defined recipients such as the salesperson or the supervisor. The content and targets of the notifications are defined in the user interface.
Customer communication is used to agree on matters related to the job, such as the installation time. The communication can involve, for example, the customer, the salesperson, the technician, and the supervisor.
We produce commission reports according to agreed calculation rules. Technician contracts are calculated based on realized hours, wages, and multipliers.
