SPK Ratkaisut Oy, known to its customers as Savunpoistokumppani, specializes in the servicing, maintenance, and renovation of smoke extraction systems. The company’s headquarters is located in Lahti, and it serves customers widely across Southern Finland—from small to large properties. Savunpoistokumppani has used the Rossum Works system since the company was founded.

The company’s roots date back to 2008. Initially, maintenance operations were part of Keraplast’s smoke extraction business. As early as 2008, the maintenance business adopted Rossum’s ERP system. In 2010, the maintenance operations were separated into their own company, SPK-Huolto Oy (later SPK Ratkaisut), which continued using the Rossum Works system as a foundation of its business.

Today, Savunpoistokumppani employs nearly 20 professionals, and its operations are guided by a strong customer service mindset and a clear specialization in technical fire safety solutions.

The latest step: documentation with Rossum’s mobile documentation tool

As the most recent development step, Savunpoistokumppani has adopted Rossum’s documentation tool, enabling maintenance technicians to complete and sign service reports mobilely—directly on-site at the customer’s location. This reduces the need for office work, speeds up reporting, and strengthens a trustworthy image of transparency and quality.
